Just a quick one to wish you all a very merry (healthy) Christmas!
I have a couple more one to one training sessions this week before I sign off for a well earned break until the new year.
Well done to all my clients who have worked so hard to achieve their goals this year - it's so rewarding for me to have so many success stories under my belt and for you all to have done so well. I know how chuffed you all feel and you certainly deserve the break as much as (if not more than) I do!
In the new year I will be scheduling new times and venues for team training so watch this space!
For the time being though, to all my loyal and future clients, best wishes for the festive season.

Leon's first blog!
Well, here I am penning my first ever blog! I am trying to be clever and think of witty, intelligent and highly entertaining quips, but I am stumped, I have 'blog fright'!
I guess the purpose of this first ever Sound Fitness blog is to let everyone know where we are with the team training classes that Sound Fitness is setting up in Plymouth, and soon enough, we hope, the world!
"Team training?" I hear you all cry......."How exciting! How does that work?". Well, my friends, I shall tell you.
The first step is to have a think about why you are wanting to train, to get fit, lose weight, get in to that wedding dress or shed a few pounds before the calorific festive season. Focus on whatever it is that is motivating you. Next you have to log on to www.sound-fitness.co.uk and book your sessions. Then you have to get yourself out of bed in the morning and make your way to your chosen training venue (venues running across Plymouth and surround). The rest, is up to me! Sound Fitness keeps you going!
OK, so I'll give you a few more hints to what's in store..........
I said to my fitness-phobe wife, Hanni "Think school PE lessons."
"Ugh", Hanni says with a shudder, "I hated games at school, I did everything I could to get out of it!"
"Hmm, well you obviously had a pants PE teacher", I say, hoping not to lose her interest so soon! "Do you remember space hoppers?" Her eyes light up and I have her attention!
"I remember space hoppers, the are amazing but how on earth does that relate to circuit training?" (Another shudder!)
"Ahhh, well you obviously don't realise what a great workout you can get from a space hopper relay race............" I know she's hearing this........!
"OK, I could cope with space hoppers, but what absolute horrors do you have in store for us poor unfit, food-loving, wine-loving, good-living folk? It can't all be nostalgic tomfoolery!"
"Well, I tell you what, if you come along I am so confident you will love it, that if you don't I'll give you the next session free!"
"But I don't pay - I'm your wife!" She says aghast!
"I know that", I say with a hint of smug in my voice, "but it wouldn't apply anyway, cos I know you will have fun and will feel so energised that my guarantee won't apply anyway! There are NO horrors, just great fun, teamwork, laughs and training like you never imagined training could be. "
"Alright, says Hanni, but if I don 't like it, you can buy me dinner on Saturday!"
Saturday night we had a delicious curry, cooked by Hanni, and she's booked into 3 sessions per week! I can't believe it, and I can't stress how much she 'hates' 'exercise'!
The guarantee I offered Hanni, applies to all those who book sessions with me. Likewise, as I am so confident you will love it, if you book a one-off session to try it out, and subsequently sign up to a monthly plan, I will knock the cost of the initial session off the first month's payment.
